For my music video I have chosen the song I See Fire by Ed Sheeran. For this song I will start off with the camera panning towards a bonfire that will have my female lead dancer doing a routine that I will prepare. I will then do an extreme zoom on her eyes with the fire burning in the background, then she will look up when more instruments join into the music. She will then slowly look down and the title of the song will appear. My lead will then be joined by another dancer, she will appear from an old shed that she will see from a distance. Many more dancers will see the fire burning and appear from the bushes, the camera will be zoomed in on their faces as they are beginning to see a beacon of hope that the darkness will end. I will use a cloning effect on one or two different dancers to show the many more people coming out of the darkness.
As the second dancer comes out of the darkness, the lead is about to touch the fire as if there is no hope and just as she is about to touch it dancer 2 pulls her away and an emotional dance sequence begins as the lead begins to realise she's not the only one in the darkness.
This Idea will last about 3-5 minutes long and will include different effects.
